Digital products

Digital downloads.

DigitalLifeStore primarily sells downloadable digital design files for laser cutting, engraving, CNC workflows, fiber laser relief work, and tumbler engraving. Products may include formats such as SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, DWG, STL, depth maps, preview images, and ZIP bundles depending on the product type.

No physical item is shipped for digital products unless a product page clearly states that a finished physical product is included.

Delivery

After checkout is completed, the purchased file will be made available through the customer account download library. A download email may also be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Digital product refunds

Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately after purchase, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable. If a file is missing, corrupted, or clearly different from the product description, contact DigitalLifeStore so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.

Physical product returns

If DigitalLifeStore offers finished physical products in the future, return requests may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition. Custom-made or personalized physical products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

File compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that their software and machine workflow can use the listed file formats before purchase. Product pages list the included formats for each design.

Permitted use

You may use purchased DigitalLifeStore files to make finished physical products for personal use, gifts, or commercial sale. You may sell the finished physical pieces you create from the designs.

Not permitted

The digital design files themselves may not be resold, shared, redistributed, copied for others, uploaded to another website or marketplace, included in digital bundles, or offered as downloadable files by another seller.

Policy updates

DigitalLifeStore may update these terms as the store grows, especially when physical products, payment providers, membership features, or new download services are added.
